Of course I respect the privacy of my users. I only process personal or sensitive information/details for the purposes of our possible  collaboration on a voice or acting project. And always in accordance with the GDPR, also known as the General Data Protection Regulation.

What information/details  do I collect?

Not much at all.

When you use the contact form on my website, for example to ask for a quote, you will be asked to fill in certain details. I only process the details that you share on the contact form. These may include the following:

  • first and last name

  • email adress

  • phone number

  • website

  • company name

  • street and house number

  • home town

  • Chamber of Commerce number

  • IP adress

How do I use your information?

To contact you if necessary. But only after you have contacted me first.

In any case, I won’t send you a newsletter. But I may send you a voice demo or acting demo. Unless you absolutely do not want that. Then please let me know by emailing Joshua Rubin at 2voices4u@gmail.com.

For what purposes do I use the personal information?

The information is collected and stored for the following purposes:

  • Your name and email address are used to contact and communicate with you.

  • Your name, email address, website, and phone number that you filled in on the contact form for a quote, a booking or simply to get in touch will be used to communicate with in regards to giving a quote, answering a question or confirming a booking.

By sharing your information with us you are allowing us to use the information for the aforementioned purposes.

With whom do I share your personal information?

Well….with no-one. Unless we decide to do business together and I need your invoicing details….to invoice you for my work. Then those details will be shared with my accountant and the proper tax authorities when I file my taxes. There’s no way around that.

Cookies

Yup. My website also uses cookies. Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer's hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the site's or service provider's systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information. I use  cookies, for instance,  to help me compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction so that I can offer better site experiences and tools in the future.

I may use Google Analytics to see how many folks check out my website and how I rank. Quite simple.

Google Analytics

I use GA to see how many people visit my site, so I can optimise it if needed. That’s why analytical Google cookies are placed on my website. Your IP address is not used and therefore I am unable identify you personally…if you visit my site and don’t fill in the contact form.

Retention of information/details

I don’t keep your info any longer than for the purposes needed.

The information (mainly just email and phonenumber) that I use to answer a message you sent me via the contact form I keep the longest, as they are in my “contacts” of people work with and know. But if you’d rather I remove them, just let me know by sending an email to: 2voices4u@gmail.com. I will be happy to oblige.

Third-party links

I do not include or offer third-party products or services on my website.

Rights

You always have the right to recind your permission for the processing of your information, after which I won’t process your info anymore. The recinding of your permission does not harm the legitimacy of processing the information, based on your permission that was given before said recinding.

You also have the right to see into your personal information and rectify any if needed. If you would like to know which personal information of yours I process, you can provide a written ‘request for acess’. Should your personal information be incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can write to have your information corrected or adjusted.

You also have the right to have your personal information deleted, the right to minimise the processing of your information and the right to object to the processing of your information. And you have the right to transfer, or to make transferable, your personal information. For this you can also send a written request.
