Acting is playing and I’ve been at it since I was a kid, running around with a cap-gun like a mad cowboy. And occasionally tripping. That’s why I see a movie set as one giant playground where I can express my creativity and play the most diverse characters with conviction.
I love doing comedy in films and commercials, but you can wake me up to play a concerned Eastern European surgeon in a Belgian zombie movie any day. Or a Dutch Jew experiencing the horrors of Sobibor. I can talk about it all day, but a picture speaks a thousand words so I’ll be quiet and let the pictures do the talking.
